ME London rooftop party

In partnership with ME London, Long-Winded Lady Productions hosted its inaugural event celebrating London’s top creative voices. Located on the Strand, ME London is designed by Foster + Partners. The interiors fuse contemporary detailing and classic traditions, with a dramatic monochrome palette. On September 8th, 2016, guests began the evening by stepping into ME London’s exclusive express lift to the 10th floor to find the party with panoramic views of the city’s skyline from Tower Bridge to St. Paul’s and Somerset House to the London Eye. Straddling Radio Rooftop Bar and Suite ME, the event saw the best and brightest from London’s creative industries come together. Guests included Henry Porter, the London Editor of Vanity Fair, celebrity photographer Rachel King, jewellery designer Bear Brooksbank, photographer and blogger Claire Menary, screenwriter Chris Anastasi and set designer Stella Fox (Star Wars: Episode VII, Bright Star) Cocktails were created by Radio Rooftop Bar and included “The Pink One”, a fresh and fruity combination of Edgerton Pink Gin, Elderflower tonic and raspberry and lemon. Canapés circulated Radio Rooftop Bar and Suite ME and comprised Beef Negamaki; risotto balls created from sundried tomatoes, basil and pecorino cheese; miniature burgers and goat’s cheese bruschetta with beetroot and truffle, drizzled in honey. Dessert was provided by Green & Black’s who served their signature individual ice cream pots.

Bridget is the most efficient, most hardworking person we have ever worked with. She knows exactly what needs to be done at any given moment, and she does it with aplomb. Bridget is an absolute joy to work with, and the team at Maison Mais Non could not hold her in higher regard.
